Successful hair transplant is mainly influenced by applied technique following donor situation. The optimal success of hair transplant procedure is entirely dependent on harvesting and dissection of grafts without transaction, avoiding dehydration, and implantation of grafts into recipient sites without trauma. After successful test of PRP and A-Cell application in our practice, it has noticed that result of hair transplant procedure is more promising with short recovery period. We are pleased to be on the leading edge of emerging solutions for hair loss and feeling majestic for the medically proven option for follicular survival.
After harvesting from donor site, the hair grafts are dipped in a solution in preparation for transplant. Using a traditional hair transplant, hairs are put in a saline-based solution. A bio enhanced hair transplant, however, uses growth factors, A Cell or Bio life solutions, adenosine triphosphate, extracellular matrix products or plate-rich-plasma that composed of proteins from the patient's own blood supply. This method is superior for a number of reasons, namely because hairs receive nutrients while stored, and are kept at an ideal temperature.
To create a plasma- rich solution, the patient’s blood is first collected. Later, this blood sample is processed in a centrifuge that separates the plasma from the blood. The plasma-rich fluid that results essentially body’s natural nurturing and healing abilities. When follicle units are stored in a plasma-rich solution, it increases the life of grafts. As a result, more follicle units are available for transplant, greatly increasing the chances of a highly successful procedure.
Before the placement of newly harvested grafts into a hair less area, platelet rich plasma (PRP) is then injected into both the recipient and donor sites to promote recovery and hair growth. This platelet-rich plasma treatment will improve your healing time by stimulate collagen production and blood flow to your treated areas. This process encourages hair growth into transplanted area to achieve more density.
PRP therapy has also been used as a non-surgical alternative for hair restoration treatment, and has helped many patients who are experiencing thinning.
There is no need for the patients to stay in the hospital. With a surgical hat, planting area and donor harvested area are covered till the patient reaches home.
